About this role
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, CTC, notice period, and job fit.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents.
- Coordinate L1, L2, client, HR, and final rounds.
- Follow up for interview feedback and manage offer discussions.
- Negotiate CTC, notice period, joining date, and other relevant terms.
- Drive candidates from selection to offer release and onboarding/joining.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure quality submissions and meet recruitment targets within timelines.
