Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruitment Executives to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, while building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source, screen, and headhunt IT professionals through various recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates.
• Negotiate compensation and offer details with shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and sourcing strategy to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure process compliance throughout the hiring cycle.
• Be flexible to support hiring requirements across different time zones, including occasional support beyond standard working hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
