What You’ll Do:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Handle both C2H and permanent IT roles efficiently.
Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track key hiring metrics.
Build strong connections with both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For:

0–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and current hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
