Key Responsibilities:
Learn and support the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Assist in hiring for IT roles (Contract & Permanent positions).
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
Build professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office is an advantage.

Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
