Role & responsibilities :

• Understanding Job Requirements Analyze JD and understand required technical skills, experience, budget, and notice period.
  
• Sourcing Candidates Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and internal database to find suitable IT candidates.
  
• Initial Screening – Conduct HR screening calls to check technical skills, communication, CTC, and availability.
  
• Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews, send calendar invites, and collect feedback from panel and candidates.
  
• Offer & Follow-up – Support salary discussion, documentation process, and ensure candidate joins on time.
  
• Maintaining Reports & Database – Update Excel/ATS, track pipeline status, and maintain recruitment records.

• Effective Communication & Relationship Management – Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers, provide timely updates, and build a strong talent pipeline.
