Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and India Contract Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
• Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and QA.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, notice period and location.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Negotiate salary/rates and manage offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and business teams.
• Meet recruitment targets and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of IT Recruitment experience.
• Experience in Contract Staffing / Contract-to-Hire.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and the Indian IT talent market.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under targets.
