IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for C2H roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate details in ATS/HRMS and track recruitment metrics.
