Job Summary

Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and passionate Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 5+years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight hiring deadlines.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean Search, and social media sourcing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience hiring across diverse IT technologies.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and recruitment priorities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period will be preferred.
