It Recruiter

Ai+ Smartphone is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Noida.

What youll be responsible for:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Software/ Engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and talent needs
• Source and attract candidates through candidate search portals & other channels
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience and cultural fit
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage the recruitment pipeline
• Drive offer discussions, closures and joining follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions
