Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment within the consulting/staffing industry.
• Experience working with enterprise clients is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Good knowledge of contract, C2H, and permanent hiring models.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
• Experience handling volume hiring and niche technology hiring is an added advantage.
