IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for contract positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates for consideration.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Staffing).
• Strong understanding of contract hiring/recruitment processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
