Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or contract hiring within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models and ability to manage contractors effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike; strong negotiation skills are essential.
