We are Hiring: IT Recruiters (Immediate Joiners Only)

Location: [Bangalore]

Work Model: 100% Work from Office (WFO)

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source for both complex (Niche) and standard (Vanilla) IT skills.
• Drive hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter (1-6 years).
• Prior experience with C2H hiring is mandatory.
• Must be able to join immediately.

Compensation:

• 1 - 3 Years Exp: 3.5 LPA to 5.0 LPA
• 3 - 6 Years Exp: 5.0 LPA to 6.5 LPA
