About this role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Support salary negotiation, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
