Job Title: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Job Summary: -

The IT Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring top technology talent to meet the organizations current and future needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality candidates across infrastructure, development, cloud, security, and support roles.

Key Responsibilities: -

Talent Acquisition

• Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and role-specific requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates

Screening & Evaluation

• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings
• Evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Stakeholder Management: -

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring strategies and market trends
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates effectively

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of IT roles such as:
• Software Development
• IT Infrastructure & Networking
• Cloud & DevOps
• Cybersecurity
• Data & Analytics
• Ability to assess technical resumes and ask basic technical screening questions

Recruitment Skills: -

• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search)
• Interviewing and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Soft Skills: -

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail

Qualifications: -

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (depending on role level)
• Experience recruiting for technical or technology-driven roles
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Preferred Qualifications: -

• Experience recruiting for cloud, cybersecurity, or niche technical roles
• Agency or consulting recruitment experience
• Technical certifications or HR certifications (SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter)
