It Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
• Strong experience in C2C recruitment is highly preferred.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and budget.
• Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, follow-ups, and closures.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates and vendor connections.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and closure targets.
  

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2C hiring is mandatory/preferred.
• Good understanding of C2H and Full-Time hiring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate/vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
