*IT Recruiter*

*Location:* HBR Layout, Bengaluru

*Experience:* 1–2 Years / 3–4 Years

*Working Hours:* 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

*Working Days:* 5.5 Days

*Notice Period:* Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period Only

*Salary:* 29,000/month (1–2 Years) | Up to 41,000/month (3–4 Years)

*Salary Date:* 12th of every month

*Hiring Type:* C2H / Permanent – Both

*Roles & Responsibilities*

- Handle end-to-end IT/Technical recruitment.

- Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean Search*.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.

- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring TAT/targets.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in *IT/Technical Recruitment*.

- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.

- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment MIS and metrics.

- Candidate’s *current location and approximate travel time to HSR Layout* must be confirmed during screening.

- Candidates should be comfortable with *face-to-face interviews* at the company location.
