Hiring: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database / recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and manage the offer-to-join process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Meet defined recruitment targets, TAT, and hiring KPIs.
• Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality of hiring.
