Job Description:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions through RPO hiring.
2. Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
5. Schedule interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
6. Manage candidate communication, documentation, and offer process.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline, and daily hiring reports.
8. Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality and timely closures.
