About this role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Stay updated on current IT hiring trends, technologies, skill availability, and market conditions.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
