Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential matches for open positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination and candidate management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
