Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiters.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the complete recruitment process for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
• Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with clients/hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Support the team in meeting daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical job roles.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and technical skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
