IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for IT consulting projects through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of domestic IT market trends and industry developments.
• Excellent consultancy skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through effective networking techniques.
