IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in technical recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT sourcing, IT staffing, and technical hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients and candidates.
