IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and IT sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and client management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
