IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Negotiate salary, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
• Experience:-4-6 Years
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
