We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA (HR) freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment.
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: MBA in HR (2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs)
Experience: Fresher / 01 year
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Basic knowledge on MS Excel
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn is a plus
