Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for various technical requirements. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze technical job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment portals.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Share relevant Job Descriptions with candidates and obtain acknowledgement.
• Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
• Ensure candidates join on the agreed date and maintain proper joining follow-up.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Meet daily and monthly sourcing and closure targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under targets and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
