Job Title: IT Recruiter (C2H-STAFFING)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and assess technical skills based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals.
• Negotiate salary and communicate job offers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Time management and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, IT, or related field).
• Experience in technical recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
