• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial technical/HR screening and shortlist candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Maintain regular client interaction for requirement clarification, candidate updates, and feedback.
• Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
