Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on final selection decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruitment or technical recruitment within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and trends to effectively source qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
