IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for contract hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise during the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 3.5-4.5 years of experience in contract hiring or contract recruitment.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and ability to source contract staffing needs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
