Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in IT hiring. The candidate should have strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment, end-to-end recruitment processes, client management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple IT requirements while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Manage client relationships and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Coordinate and guide team members to achieve hiring targets.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.
