IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :     

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct Virtual interview in various platform.
• Source for IT & Non-IT profiles (IT Infrastructure & software)
• Till onboarding follow-up with the candidate 

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for efficient candidate management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates alike.
