It Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring the right talent
• End to End recruitment process
• Understanding the manpower requirements, posting jobs, sourcing resumes through various channels, screening candidates, assessing candidates through the appropriate test, conducting and coordinating interviews
• Hiring for technical positions for Software Development
• Negotiating on salary, preparing offer letters for the selected candidates
• Facilitating the documentation process and joining formalities

Requirements:

• 1 - 4 Years of experience into hands-on Talent Acquisition/ IT Recruitment roles
• Experience into handling staff augmentation requirements for clients.
• Should be comfortable in screening the candidates through various sourcing methods
• Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative, forward thinkers should be alert, receptive and aggressive.
