• Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche positions.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
• Maintain and track recruitment data in ATS or Excel dashboards..
• Strong understanding of automotive embedded technologies & automotive functions
• Good negotiation and offer closing experience
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
