We're Hiring | IT Recruiter. Location: Pune (Kharadi). Work from Office. Experience: 1-3 Years. Employment Type: Full-Time. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT recruitment
- Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals referrals
- Resume screening and candidate evaluation
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Offer negotiation onboarding coordination
- Maintaining ATS recruitment trackers
- Building strong talent pipelines
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Good understanding of IT technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel recruitment tools
Preferred
- Experience in Data / Cloud / AI / SAP hiring
- Background in IT Services / Consulting / Staffing
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
