Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with experience in
technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing,
screening, and hiring top IT talent across various domains. This role
requires strong knowledge of technical roles, excellent communication
skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions including
software developers, system administrators, network
engineers, data analysts, and other technical roles.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements and define job specifications.
3. Source candidates through job portals, social media,
referrals, and networking.

4. Candidate Management
5. Conduct initial screening and technical fit assessments.
6. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate
experience.
7. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.

8. Market Research
9. Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies,
and talent availability.
10. Provide insights on compensation benchmarks and
competitor hiring practices.
11. Process Compliance
12. Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment
databases.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor
regulations.
14.Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire,
source effectiveness).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
  or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical
  talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
