Job Title: IT Recruiter (US and UK Hiring) (2+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end IT

recruitment, particularly for European IT markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and

hiring top IT talent across European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract IT candidates through databases, social media, job boards (LinkedIn, Xing,

CV-Library, etc.), and networking

• Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to assess candidates technical and

cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and manage follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other local hiring laws/regulations
• Maintain ATS and recruitment reports in a timely and organized manner
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for various skill sets (Java, .NET, DevOps,

Cloud, SAP, Data Science, etc.)

• Develop market intelligence on talent availability, trends, and competitor hiring

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in Europe-based hiring
• Strong experience with international hiring practices, especially in Europe.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster

Europe, CV-Library, etc.

• Knowledge of work permit processes and visa/work authorization requirements for EU countries

is a plus

• Bachelors degree (any discipline); HR certification is an advantage

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients or RPO models
• Understanding of multiple European languages (basic proficiency in German/French/Dutch is a

plus) but not mandatory.

• Prior experience working in a global recruiting team
