Job Title: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements. The ideal candidate should understand technical job descriptions, source relevant profiles and coordinate the hiring process through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple IT requirements across technologies and experience levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles for relevant skills, experience, communication, notice period, compensation and location preferences.
- Submit suitable profiles with accurate candidate details.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring stakeholders for feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offer follow-ups and candidate engagement until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on submissions, interviews, offers and joinings.
- Work towards agreed hiring targets and turnaround times.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT recruitment, preferably with an IT staffing or recruitment company.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean searches.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritise urgent requirements and manage multiple positions.
- Familiarity with recruitment trackers, Excel and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in contract staffing and permanent hiring.
- Experience working on IT services client requirements.
- Familiarity with Ceipal or a similar ATS.
- Experience sourcing immediate and short-notice candidates.
