Role & responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to define technical skills, experience levels, and team requirements.
Craft detailed, accurate job postings that outline tech stacks, frameworks, and role expectations.
Meet with tech leads to understand stack requirements.
Review technical resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate coding or technical assessments
Proficiency with ATS platforms, Boolean string searches
Interview Coordination
Pipeline and ATS Tracking
Screening and Evaluation
Experience in c2h
Knowledge of all kind of IT skills
