Job Title

IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
• Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment metrics.
