IT Recruiter - RPO

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join our RPO team and work closely with our clients recruitment function.

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore

Experience: 3-6 Years

Mode: Hybrid

What are we looking for?

Were looking for recruiters with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and identify candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates against technical and behavioural requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Handle client/stakeholder coordination and understand hiring requirements
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ensure accurate pipeline management
• Drive offers, negotiations, joining formalities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Meet defined recruitment TATs and hiring targets
  

What you should bring:

• 36 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Hands-on experience in sourcing for various IT/technical roles
• Excellent client/stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and sourcing strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven RPO environment
