IT Recruiter (on contract)

We at HGS, looking for IT recruiters for our digital hiring units. Incumbent to play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews to assess applicants skills, experience, and fitment
• offer negotiation, salary fitment, selling EVPs
• Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, in IT Space (Development, Infra, Cyber Security or AI hiring experience)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
