About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements (JD) from hiring managers/clients for various IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), internal database, and social media
• Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels
• Negotiate salary/compensation and manage offer rollouts
• Maintain and update candidate database/ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Follow up with candidates for joining formalities and reduce offer-to-joining dropouts
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/niche IT skill requirements
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding of new joiners
• Prepare recruitment reports/dashboards (sourcing channels, TAT, closures) as needed

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Testing, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience/knowledge of job portals and Boolean search techniques
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment timelines
• MS Excel/Office skills for reporting

Good to Have:

• Prior internship/experience in HR/Talent Acquisition
