Naukri eHire is like an extension to our Recruitment team and whenever there is a spurt in our requirements, instead of giving it to consultants at a high cost we use e-hire services to get shortlisted and validated CVs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment using the Naukri.com portal.
• Source relevant IT candidates through Naukri database and resume search.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable profiles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, location, and CTC.
• Make calls to shortlisted candidates and assess their suitability.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure quality profiles and timely submission against requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.com Resume Database.
• Good understanding of IT/technical skills and job requirements.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
