Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 60-70 calls per day to prospective candidates.
• Screen candidates and understand their skills, experience, and job preferences.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel and data management.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Prior experience in recruitment or sourcing is an advantage
