Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced Sr.IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals for contract and contract-to-hire positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT C2H positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand technical and business requirements
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct technical/behavioral pre-screen interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and conversion details for C2H roles
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring IT skill requirements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, vendor guidelines, and company policies
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate data in ATS
• Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong focus on C2H hiring
• Solid understanding of IT roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
