• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on applications, and negotiating offers.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Proven track record in successfully filling technical positions within the software product industry.
• Strong understanding of current trends and technologies in software development (e.g., Java, Python) is an asset.
