Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Use Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with hiring managers and vendors to close positions within timelines.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
